 GLEN MICHAEL TARLETON
Mr. Tarleton is principal of the company and a registered professional electrical and mechanical engineer in New Mexico and eight additional states. He is also a licensed general, electrical, and mechanical contractor in New Mexico. His professional affiliations include membership in ASHRAE and ASPE. He has more than thirty-five years working experience as an electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, manager of the mechanical engineering department of A/E firms, project manager on large security system designs and construction, as well as experience in residential, HVAC, plumbing, solar, photovoltaic, and lighting design.
He has a thorough knowledge of the electrical and mechanical engineering and design requirements for facilities construction. His knowledge includes building and electrical code requirements and installation practices, design of highly efficient heating and plumbing systems, as well as design of automated lighting systems and photovoltaics. He is a specialist in Lutron lighting and shade systems.

 LEO EDEN
Mr. Eden has extensive system engineering experience over his 39 year career. He has spent 22 years as a Project Manager and 5 years as a Project Leader/Engineer working on Department of Energy projects. He is a registered professional engineer in New Mexico and Colorado and holds project management professional certifications. He is a member of PMI (Project Management Institute) and is a certified physical security professional and member of ASIS. In addition, he is experienced on the Earned Value Management System. Mr. Eden is also experienced as a construction engineer, an installer, tester, and supporter of electrical and security systems.
Areas of expertise include the design of electrical systems for upscale residences and energy-efficient homes; design-build/management of multi-million dollar government security upgrade projects; airport security upgrade projects; design and installation of multiple fiber optic cable systems; design-building residential and commercial wells and pump stations; as well as engineering studies and energy audits.

 LAWRENCE L. FEIGHT
Mr. Feight has been practicing mechanical engineering and design for over 26 years and is a registered professional engineer in New Mexico and Florida. He also is a LEED-accredited professional and maintains a U.S. Department of Energy Q clearance. He is a member of ASHRAE.
His experience in mechanical systems encompasses engineering, design, specifications, cost estimating, field investigations, code review, submittal review, inspections, testing, and quality assurance. His past engineering projects cover a wide range of mechanical engineering expertise including plumbing, HVAC, controls, fire protection, and special systems design. Mr. Feight is well experienced in the systems design for schools, conference centers, municipal projects, retail spaces, community centers, gymnasiums, office buildings, restaurants, hotels/motels, dental clinics, and various other design projects.

 SCOTT J. HAUGLAND
Mr. Haugland has been practicing plumbing design for over 15 years. In addition, he has been drafting mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems for over 20 years. He had developed company drafting standards and customized Autocad menus implementing the drafting standards.
His experience in plumbing systems encompasses design, specifications, cost estimating, field investigations, code review, submittal review, inspections, and quality assurance. Specific experience includes, school, conference centers, retail spaces, community center, gymnasiums, office buildings, restaurants, hotel/motels, veterinary clinics, dental offices and numerous other design projects.

Mr. Harling has over 32 years of experience in engineering and construction. His areas of expertise in electrical systems encompasses engineering, design, specifications, submittal review, inspections, and quality assurance. His experience covers a wide range of electrical design fields including interior and exterior lighting, medium voltage power distribution, line voltage distribution, telephone, data, access control, and security systems.
Mr. Harling has specific electrical design experience for schools, computer facilities, conference center, retail spaces, community center, gymnasiums, office buildings, restaurants, hotel/motels, veterinary clinics, dental office as well as various other design projects.
